As each level has about 300 square meters, we realized that a strictly chronological approach would not fit, so each room was organized as a mini-exhibition in itself. The proposed themes aim to provide visitors with literary connections and associations and to reveal certain creative mechanisms in the art of writing. Some themes were somehow self-evident, such as a chamber of the greatest poets (Nichita Stănescu, Arghezi, Eminescu), or those dedicated to the two great classical authors (Eminescu, again, and Caragiale), but others also- they proposed to urge visitors to find their own definitions of what Romanian literature is.
