About

Zeppelin creates spaces for culture and interaction. The name of the group was inspired by the futuristic drawings of the early 20th century in which zeppelins flew above the cities of the future, as a sign of the confidence in technology and visionary thinking that we have incorporated into our identity.

Zeppelin has set up its own tools for research and action within a specialized design consultancy for exhibitions and museums. Such projects, whether on history, literature, anthropology, natural sciences, art, ethnography, pop culture, technology, design or architecture, are based on the same vision in which interactivity and visitors curiosity play an essential creative role. The design practice Zeppelin has developed aims to rediscover, integrate and enhance the beauty of the heritage, using stories and technology of all kinds.

Zeppelin is interested in the reintegration and valorization of this heritage and the impact of exhibition culture in a world of digital ecosystems. Their practice is based on narrative experimentation and the use of new media and channels, from AR, VR, Internet of Things. to electro-mechanical interactivity and recycling technologies from the early film and entertainment era.

Zeppelin Magazine

Stefan Ghenciulescu, Cosmina Goagea and Constantin Goagea met in 1998 and started collaborating on an architecture magazine, dreaming of a better, if not more beautiful city. The role that architecture and architects had to play in changing the world around them was essential, so they created a magazine for that generation of professionals who wanted to be part of that transformation.

Since 2011 they have expanded their project with a broader platform of communication and urban action under the name Zeppelin. Despite the idealism and enthusiasm for a visionary and radically designed world of their magazine, this editorial project has influenced generations of architects and designers. And it continues to do so.
